How We Got Here

Started with a small test group trying to figure out if collaborative learning actually works for technical SEO. Turns out it does, when you structure it properly.

2025

First Cohort Launch

Started with 32 participants and a hypothesis: people learn technical SEO faster when they work through problems together. The first group completed an average of 8 site audits each and shared their findings weekly.

Early 2025

Structured Framework Development

Built out a modular curriculum after analyzing what worked in the first groups. Created peer review systems and accountability check-ins. Completion rates jumped from 54% to 87% when we added structured partnerships.

Mid 2025

National Expansion

Scaled to cover all regions across South Africa with consistent facilitation standards. Started tracking long-term outcomes and noticed participants who stayed active in follow-up groups maintained better ranking positions.

Late 2025

Advanced Track Addition

Launched specialized groups for technical SEO, content strategy, and local search after requests from participants who wanted deeper focus. Each track runs 12 weeks with real client projects as learning material.

Current

Continuous Improvement

Running multiple concurrent cohorts with refined peer learning protocols. Tracking participant sites shows consistent improvement patterns when people stick with the process and implement systematically.
